VOYON was founded with the purpose of providing the best travel experience to its users through the integration of technology and innovation in all processes and procedures. We always aim to provide greater convenience and security in the purchase of bus tickets.

We act as a Controller when we handle sales directly through our Platform, via website and application.
We act as an Operator when VOYON is merely an intermediary for a ticket sales channel. This can occur with bus companies, for example.
VOYON follows information security guidelines, best practices, and information security management criteria widely accepted in the market, as outlined in ISO/IEC standards, as well as other references such as COBIT, ITIL, NIST, PCI DSS, LGPD, and GDPR.
We advocate the principles of autonomy, fairness, transparency, and confidentiality, ensuring that our users have full respect for the rights established in the LGPD, as expressed in our Privacy Policy document, where you can also obtain detailed information about the collection and processing of your data by us.
