TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR SERVICES OFFERED BY “VOYON”

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) present the “General Conditions” applicable to the use of the services offered by VOYON VENDAS DE INTERMEDIAÇÕES DE PASSAGEIROS LTDA, a private legal entity, registered with CNPJ/MF under No. 51.066.635/0001-22, with address at Avenida Coronel Jose Soares Marcondes, 3700, Bloco "Co-Working", Presidente Prudente, SP, Brazil (ZIP Code: 19050-230), hereinafter referred to as “VOYON”, which includes the booking of bus tickets and other travel-related services through the website voyonit.com, WhatsApp (+55 0800 1000 321, +55 11 3049-0008, +55 11 3049-0000), and the app for Android and iOS “VOYON”, collectively referred to as the “WEBSITE”.

This term is strictly validated according to the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/90) and Decree 7.962/2013. Any legally capable person, hereinafter referred to as “CLIENT”, using VOYON’s services must accept these Terms of Use and all the policies and principles governing them.

The Terms of Use are essential and mandatory for the USE of the services of this Website, WhatsApp, and App. The use of the services offered by “VOYON” implies the immediate acceptance of these Terms and their content. This agreement constitutes an exclusive document between “VOYON” and the “CLIENT”, thereby replacing all previous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings regarding “VOYON”, its content, and services provided by or through this Website.

If you wish to register, access, and use the other pages or features of this Website, carefully read the conditions below and confirm your acceptance by clicking the “Agree” button located at the end.

ATTENTION! A “CLIENT” UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MAY ONLY REGISTER OR ENROLL ON THIS WEBSITE IF DULY REPRESENTED OR ASSISTED, AS PROVIDED IN ARTICLES 1.634 AND 1.690 OF THE CIVIL CODE, BY THEIR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSISTANTS, WHO WILL BE CIVILLY LIABLE FOR ANY ACTS COMMITTED BY THE MINOR WHILE USING THE WEBSITE.

Legal representatives will be responsible for any illegal acts committed by the minor while using the Website.

  1. CONSIDERING THAT:

1.1. “VOYON” specializes in the online intermediation of bus ticket sales, offering tickets from major bus companies in Brazil.

1.1.1. “VOYON” provides only the facilitation service for ticket purchases, does not conduct trips, and has no direct relationship with the “BUS COMPANIES” listed on the website.

1.2. The “CLIENT” is the one who will purchase bus tickets for the cities to which the “BUS COMPANIES” listed on “VOYON” offer routes.

1.3. The “BUS COMPANIES” are companies that provide road transport services and are listed in “VOYON’s” database, defined on the main page of the “VOYON” domain, Website.

1.3.1. The “BUS COMPANIES” assume all responsibility for any damage from the issuance of the ticket at the bus terminal counters.

1.4. ANTT: The National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) is a Brazilian federal agency responsible for regulating the activities of federal railway and road infrastructure exploitation and the provision of land transport services. ANTT has its own regulations and, due to its specificity, replaces the obligations of other provisions.

ATTENTION: The “CLIENT” agrees that “VOYON” has no responsibility from the issuance of the ticket at the bus terminal counters, including but not limited to inaccuracies in ticket issuance, damage/loss of luggage, accidents during the journey, route deviations, and/or any other damage not directly involving “VOYON”.

  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

2.1. By clicking “Buy” on the “VOYON” website, the “CLIENT” automatically agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Use stated herein. If the “CLIENT” does not agree with the Terms and Conditions of Use, they should not make any purchase on the Website.

2.1.1. “VOYON” requests that the “CLIENT” only proceed with the purchase if they have read and agree with the terms set forth in this document.

2.2. “VOYON” does not guarantee that its content is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Brazilian territory; it also disclaims responsibility for accessing the Website from territories where its content is illegal, and the “CLIENT” assumes all responsibility for such use.

2.3. Therefore, by choosing to access “VOYON”, the “CLIENT” understands, acknowledges, and agrees that their use is governed by the legal framework of the Federative Republic of Brazil regarding online conduct and the content provided.

2.4. Information about the services will be organized on the website in a clear, precise, and Portuguese manner, including all details about the types of tickets and reservations available.

2.5. The use of this Website is restricted to private purposes, and commercial use for profit by partners or unauthorized third parties is prohibited. Additionally, any software or automated system used to extract data from this Website (or integrated APIs) for display/commercialization in any territory (national or international) without the express consent of its owners is also prohibited and protected by relevant legislation.

2.6. “VOYON” disclaims responsibility for any error or delay in removing inaccurate, illegal, or censurable content provided by third parties through our Website.

2.6.1. The “VOYON” team may change the content and functionalities of the Website at any time without prior notice.

2.7. The acquisition of services by the “CLIENT” will be completed and finalized after the payment is made through a payment management company. “VOYON” cannot intervene in the results of the “CLIENT’s” relationship with the payment management company, as it manages its operations independently.

2.8. “VOYON” cannot guarantee that the services provided by the payment management company will be free from errors, interruptions, malfunctions, delays, or other imperfections. It is emphasized that “VOYON” will not be responsible for the availability of the services provided by the payment management company or for the inability to use the Service.

2.9. “VOYON” may, at any time, alter these Terms to improve and enhance the services provided. The new contractual instrument will come into effect without prejudice to the services provided under the previous contract. Therefore, “VOYON” recommends that the “CLIENT” regularly reread the terms and conditions of use whenever accessing the Website or performing any operation through it.

2.10. “VOYON” will take all necessary measures to maintain the confidentiality, security, and secrecy of the “CLIENTS”’ information, including personal data, with the processing and storage of this information carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at voyonit.com/privacidade

2.11. The “CLIENTS” are and will continue to be the owners of all data, information, texts, images, messages, videos, audios, graphics, or any other material submitted and/or shared on the Website, and will be exclusively responsible for them. It is the sole responsibility of the “CLIENTS” to respect the privacy rights of third parties or any other related rights.

2.12. “VOYON” will not be obligated to process or handle any data if there are reasons to believe that such processing or handling could result in “VOYON” violating any applicable law, or if it determines, at its discretion, that the Website is being used for any illegal, illicit, or immoral purposes.

2.13. Similarly, “VOYON” reserves the right to suspend or block the access of “CLIENTS” who input inappropriate or illegal data or use the Website in any other way that violates or potentially violates third-party data, without prejudice to other civil and criminal penalties that may apply.

2.14. “VOYON” makes every effort to maintain the security and confidentiality of “CLIENTS”’ information on the Website but will not be liable for any damages arising from breaches of these measures by third parties who use public networks or the internet, circumventing security systems to access “CLIENTS”’ information.

2.15. Concerned about the security and privacy of data transmitted on the Website, “VOYON” declares that the access password and all data entered by the “CLIENT” on the Website are protected. “VOYON” recommends that the “CLIENT” never share their password with third parties. The “CLIENT” is fully responsible for the confidentiality and use of their password and identity.

2.16. “VOYON” will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or harm to the “CLIENT”’s equipment caused by system failures, server issues, or internet problems caused by third-party actions, except that the system may occasionally be unavailable due to technical issues or internet failures, or any other unforeseeable or force majeure event beyond its control.

2.17. As provided by the Consumer Protection Code and ANTT-specific legislation, the “CLIENT” has the right to reconsider and cancel tickets, provided that the rules established in clause 13 (CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS OF TICKETS) of these terms are respected.

2.18. “VOYON” reserves the right to offer exclusive and limited promotions/vouchers to selected clients, and the Bus Companies are not responsible for these promotions or for guaranteeing the same promotional value in any other situation.

  1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. The object of this contract is to facilitate, through “VOYON’s” own tool, the purchase of bus tickets by the “CLIENTS”.

4. INFORMATION FOR USING THE SERVICES

4.1. Client Registration

4.1.1. Registration is not an essential condition for purchasing the desired ticket; simply follow the steps outlined on the Website.

4.1.2. When available from “VOYON,” the “CLIENT” may register and benefit from special conditions for registered users on this Website. After completing all required fields on the website, registration confirmation will be sent via email. If the login is performed through Facebook, Google, and/or WhatsApp, email validation is not required.

4.1.2.1. Despite the possibility of login through Facebook, Google, and/or WhatsApp, please note that the domain names of these brands are registered by their respective companies.

4.1.3. The “CLIENT” is not allowed to have more than one registration. If this occurs, “VOYON” will automatically deactivate all registrations after verifying the data.

4.1.4. For clients aged over 12 and under 18, parental or guardian representation will be required during the registration process and before providing email addresses or any data to “VOYON” through this Website, as well as during its entire use. All information provided by the “CLIENT” must be accurate, precise, and truthful, and duly updated if any changes occur. The “CLIENT” acknowledges that “VOYON” is not obligated to verify the accuracy of data transmitted by the “CLIENT” or any other person.

4.1.5. Any processing of personal data of minors under 12 years old will only be conducted with the consent of parents or guardians, as outlined in the Privacy Policy. These individuals must also represent their children or wards during the registration process or any use of the Website.

4.1.6. Consequently, “VOYON” will not be responsible for correcting personal data entered by the “CLIENT”. The “CLIENT” or their parents or legal representatives, as applicable, guarantee and are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and authenticity of the registered personal data in any case.

4.1.7. “VOYON,” at its sole and absolute discretion, may alter the qualification criteria and/or requirements for maintaining registration on the Website. Thus, “VOYON” may immediately terminate the registered user’s registration on the Website, without the need to pay fines and/or indemnities to the “CLIENT,” and will later provide reasons or justifications.

4.1.8. The “CLIENT” retains the right to rectify any data submitted to “VOYON”. However, this right of rectification does not prevent or replace “VOYON’s” right to claim appropriate compensation in cases where erroneous information causes any damage and/or loss to “VOYON” or third parties before the data is corrected by the “CLIENT”.

4.1.9. The User retains the right to rectify any data submitted to “VOYON”. However, this right of rectification will not replace “VOYON’s” right to disqualify the User from all participation or actions conducted through this Site, at “VOYON’s” exclusive discretion, as well as to seek appropriate compensation if erroneous information causes any damage and/or loss to “VOYON” or third parties. For the purposes of this Policy, any rectification of Data by the User will only take effect after it is received by “VOYON”.

4.2. The data that may be requested from the User will include: Name, Email, Phone, Address. For legal compliance, any data registration will also include the Name of the Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) – if under 18 years old, as well as their CPF and RG numbers.

4.3. Data collection will be through registration when the user opts to purchase bus tickets on the website/application. The User may receive messages from “VOYON” through various communication channels, such as phone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels shared by the User, to communicate service-related matters, offer products/services, invite participation in surveys, among other purposes. Additionally, the User may participate in any promotion that may be disclosed on the Site with their registration.

4.4. Collected data is protected by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law 13.079 of 2018), as well as by any other applicable law or its successor, such as the Internet Civil Framework, among others.

4.5. To receive any prize awarded by “VOYON” to a User under 18 years old, “VOYON” will request that the representative (not the minor) attend the prize delivery location to receive it and provide certain information. For example, “VOYON” will request the postal address of the legal representative to send the prize to the child or legally represented person or the representative's phone number to inform them of the prize collection date and location.

4.6. The User expressly acknowledges that the site, as well as its logos, trademarks, insignia, photos, images, descriptions, texts, layout, symbols, distinguishing marks, manuals, and any other related materials, constitute, as applicable, copyrights, trade secrets, and/or property rights of “VOYON,” and such rights are protected by applicable national and international legislation, especially by Laws No. 9.279/96, 9.610/98, and will not claim or demand such property rights as their own.

4.7. Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a transfer of rights. The User is expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, creating derivative works, or using this Site and all related materials for purposes other than its use to understand the products and services provided by “VOYON,” including participation in any promotional event.

4.8. In consideration of protecting user rights, it is clarified and agreed that no ideas or suggestions related to services or any other work plans will be accepted unless expressly requested and agreed upon in writing with “VOYON.” Under current legislation, abstract ideas or concepts, plans, and schemes are not protected in Brazil. Therefore, the User acknowledges that any transmission of ideas or concepts may be used by any third parties, including “VOYON,” for developing and/or creating products using such information without any obligation to compensate the User.

5. STEPS FOR PURCHASING A TICKET

5.1. To purchase a ticket for your trip through VOYON, follow the steps below:

5.2. Preliminary Information:

5.2.1. Initially, simply provide the origin, destination, and travel date fields without the need for prior registration.

5.2.2. After entering the initial data, the “CLIENT” must choose one of the available bus companies for the route, according to the schedules and prices available at the time of purchase.

5.3. Seat Reservation:

5.3.1. The “CLIENT” can reserve their seat through “VOYON,” but “VOYON” is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the seat reservation data entered. The “CLIENTS” are aware of the truthfulness, accuracy, and authenticity of the registered personal data.

5.3.2. Seats are only reserved when payment is completed. If payment is not made, the ticket will be released for sale again, and the seat may be reserved by another “CLIENT.”

5.3.3. The ticket must be in the name of the passenger traveling so that they can present their document and collect it at the company’s counter.

5.4. Passenger Data Entry

5.4.1. The “CLIENT” must correctly fill in their details for ticket issuance, for validation by the card operator, “VOYON’s” internal team, and the anti-fraud team.

5.4.2. “VOYON” is not responsible for incorrect information entered or for the non-approval of the “CLIENT” after the evaluation of the requested documentation.

5.4.3. When the “CLIENT” is registered and subsequently receiving updates, new routes, and discounts from “VOYON,” they may request at any time the cancellation of their registration by sending a message to VOYON’s WhatsApp, stating “I do not wish to receive updates.” Registration cancellation will be processed during business hours, from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

6. FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS

6.1. Convenience Fee

6.1.1. For providing the service of facilitating bus ticket purchases, “VOYON” may charge a convenience fee. This fee will be detailed at the time of purchase and may vary depending on routes, schedules, days of the week, and/or other variables.

6.1.2. All transactions include additional fees charged both by the bus companies and by “VOYON.”

6.1.3. The fees charged by the bus companies include: Toll, Taxes, and Travel Insurance. These fees vary by company and route and are separate from the service fee charged by “VOYON.”

6.1.4. The convenience fee charged by “VOYON” at the time of ticket purchase for service will not be refunded to the “CLIENT” as it is for a service already rendered through online purchase.

6.1.5. For installment payments, interest may be added depending on the number of installments.

6.2. Payment Methods

6.2.1. Credit Card

6.2.1.1. “VOYON” accepts major credit card brands: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, ELO, HIPERCARD, and DINERS. “VOYON” will charge the credit card immediately after receiving the order.

6.2.2. Debit Card

6.2.2.1. “VOYON” accepts major debit card brands: VISA and MASTERCARD. “VOYON” will charge the debit card immediately after receiving the order.

6.2.3. Online Bank Transfer (Pix)

6.2.3.1. “VOYON” provides the option of online bank transfer via Pix for secure payment of bus tickets.

IMPORTANT: ALL FEES WILL BE INFORMED AND ITEMIZED ON THE PURCHASE COMPLETION SCREEN. BY CLICKING THE CONFIRMATION BUTTON, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THE FEES CHARGED AND CANNOT QUESTION THEM.

IMPORTANT: “VOYON” RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PAYMENT METHOD AND TO USE OTHER PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET.

7. APPROVAL PROCESS

7.1. All transactions will undergo internal analysis and approval. After the analysis process, the “CLIENT” will receive an electronic notification, which may be via WhatsApp, app, and/or email, with information on the completion of the process. If approval is confirmed, the “CLIENT” will automatically receive the travel confirmation.

7.2. “VOYON” cannot guarantee that the services provided by the payment management company will be free from errors, interruptions, malfunctions, delays, or other imperfections.

8. CONFIRMED PURCHASE

8.1. For all confirmed transactions, an approval email containing the transaction receipt will be sent. If it is not found, check your SPAM and/or Junk Email folder.

8.2. For more information, send a message to VOYON’s WhatsApp (+55 0800 1000 321, +55 11 3049-0000) and provide the order number.

9. PENDING PURCHASES

9.1. Depending on the credit card history and its holder or the input of divergent purchase data, the transaction may undergo a more thorough review process. When the process is completed, the “CLIENT” will receive a confirmation email with the locator or information about the non-approval of the transaction.

10. UNAPPROVED PURCHASES

10.1. A purchase not approved by “VOYON’s” internal system, through information or processes provided by the credit card operator (due to internal policies that “VOYON” does not disclose), will be automatically canceled, and the non-approval information will be displayed on the payment page.

11. UNFINISHED PURCHASES

11.1. If the client does not complete the purchase process, the transaction will not be finalized, transaction amounts will not be debited/credited, and selected seats will not be reserved.

12. ELECTRONIC TICKET OR VOUCHER

12.1. Upon completing the purchase, the “CLIENT” will receive an email with payment confirmation and order summary, including travel details.

12.2. “VOYON” will issue an electronic ticket (BPe) or voucher for each sale. The BPe is the final document for immediate boarding in digital form, while the voucher (applicable only for departures from SC) is a confirmation document for the ticket purchase. The final ticket, necessary for boarding, must be physically collected at the bus company's ticket office at least 1 (one) hour before the departure time, with the client presenting an original photo ID and the seat reservation details.

13. TICKET CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

13.1. The “CLIENT” must request changes to the name, date, or time of departure directly at the bus company's ticket office, by phone, or in person at least 3 (three) hours before the scheduled departure time. The bus company is responsible for authorizing changes to ticket names.

13.2. Schedule changes are subject to availability on the desired date and time by the “CLIENT.” The “CLIENT” may also choose a ticket with an open date and time, valid for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months from the original ticket purchase date, subject to price adjustment. Contact the bus company directly by phone or at the ticket office within the bus terminal.

EXCEPTIONS: Some companies with which we work operate only on intercity routes and, therefore, do not need to adhere to ANTT regulations. In these cases, the terms for changes after the travel date mentioned above do not apply. *** Therefore, due to specific state laws, the deadlines for ticket cancellation may vary.

Important: The State of Minas Gerais, through State Law 13.655/2000 and Decree 44.603/2007, stipulates a minimum of 12 hours before departure for passengers to cancel and be entitled to a refund or reschedule their ticket. For interstate and international transport, the deadlines specified in these Terms of Use remain, according to clause 13.1 and following.

PROMOTIONAL TICKETS: Requests to change a ticket purchased at a promotional rate are limited to a ticket of the same value or subject to payment of the difference between tickets.

13.3. Ticket cancellation may be done as follows:

13.3.1. Through “VOYON” via our online customer service center and must be done at least 3 (three) hours before your trip, within “VOYON’s” customer service hours.

13.3.2. Through the bus company responsible for your trip, and the request must be made at least 3 (three) hours before your trip.

EXCEPTIONS: Tickets can be canceled with “VOYON” up to 3 hours before the trip, and the tickets must not have been printed or altered. Only the bus company responsible for your trip can cancel printed or altered tickets.

EXCEPTIONS: Tickets from Real Expresso, Rápido Federal, Expresso Guanabara, Útil, Sampaio, Brisa, Gipsyy, and Expresso can only be canceled with the bus company responsible for your trip.

13.3.3. Tickets purchased within 3 (three) hours of departure cannot be canceled and/or rescheduled online. The client must contact the bus company directly to check if this is possible at the ticket office.

13.3.4. The “CLIENT” has 7 (seven) days from the ticket purchase date to contact “VOYON” and exercise the right of withdrawal provided in Article 49 of Law 8.078/90. However, if the trip is scheduled for less than 7 (seven) days from the purchase date, the “CLIENT” must notify “VOYON” at least 3 (three) hours before the scheduled departure. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied after the travel date as booked through the “VOYON” website.

14. REFUND OF AMOUNTS

Refunds can be processed in two ways at the client’s discretion:

14.1. TRAVEL CREDITS

14.1.1. The CLIENT may keep the refund amount in the Application for future use on tickets (when and if possible). These credits may expire if not used within the specified time, as with coupons.

14.1.2. After requesting cancellation and choosing travel credits, the client will receive an email with usage information, as well as the coupon's expiration date.

14.1.3. The coupon can only be used to cover ticket amounts, excluding fees and other services.

14.1.4. If the “CLIENT” makes a purchase for an amount lower than the coupon value, the system will automatically send a new coupon with the residual amount of the purchase to the same email as the initial coupon. The client may only use the new coupon for a purchase equal to or greater than the new coupon value.

14.1.5. Requests to exchange a coupon for a refund must be made by the coupon’s expiration date through “VOYON” customer service channels, and the refund will be processed as per item 14.2.

14.1.6. In cases where we identify that the “CLIENT” is acting in bad faith regarding the offered benefit, the coupon will be canceled.

14.2. TICKET REFUND

14.2.1. Credit Card

14.2.1.1. The refund will be processed according to the credit card issuer's terms.

14.2.1.2. The refund request will be processed within 30 days, and after this period, the amount may be credited to the first or second statement, depending on the due date and the card issuer.

14.2.1.3. The refund request will be processed within legal limits and according to the chosen refund method, respecting the deadlines established by each credit card policy.

14.2.2. Debit Card

14.2.2.1. The “CLIENT” must contact “VOYON” via contato@voyonit.com and provide the following bank details:

  • Full name of the account holder
  • CPF of the account holder
  • Bank/Branch/Checking Account Number
  • Locator number

IMPORTANT: Refunds for purchases made with a debit card are processed via bank deposit, to be completed within 30 (thirty) days of the cancellation request.

14.2.3. Pix

14.2.3.1. Refunds will be made directly to the bank account used for the Pix within 48 (forty-eight) hours after the cancellation request.

IMPORTANT: UNDER ART.8º, §2º OF ANTT RESOLUTION NO. 978, THE TRANSPORT COMPANY IS AUTHORIZED TO RETAIN UP TO 5% (FIVE PERCENT) OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE BUS TICKET AS A COMPENSATORY FINE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR TRANSFER BY THE PASSENGER, WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME SPECIFIED IN THIS CLAUSE.

IMPORTANT: If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours after purchase, the “CLIENT” will receive a full refund. For cancellations after this period, a partial service fee retention will apply. This applies only to cancellation requests made with “VOYON.”

14.3. PARTIAL REFUND

14.3.1. In the case of a partial return of the order, the service fee will be partially refunded based on the value of each ticket.

14.3.2. For requests for partial order cancellations, the request must be made exclusively through the Customer Service Center, and the refund will only be available in the original payment method. In this case, creating a coupon is not possible (the consumer must contact “VOYON”).

15. LUGGAGE TRANSPORTATION

15.1. According to Article 70 and following of Decree 2521/98, the ticket price includes, as a baggage allowance, mandatory and free transportation of luggage, observing the following maximum weight and dimension limits:

15.2. The baggage allowance is thirty kilograms in total weight and a maximum volume of three hundred cubic centimeters, with any single volume limited to one meter in the largest dimension, and five kilograms in the wrap compartment, with dimensions suitable to the space, provided that passenger comfort, safety, and hygiene are not compromised.

15.3. For baggage exceeding the allowed limit, the passenger will pay up to 0.5% of the ticket price for each kilogram of excess.

15.4. The transport of dangerous goods, as defined by specific legislation, is prohibited, as well as items that, by their shape or nature, could compromise the vehicle's safety, its occupants, or third parties, according to Article 72 of Decree 2521/98.

16. TRANSPORTATION OF DOMESTIC AND WILD ANIMALS

16.1. The transportation of domestic and wild animals is at the discretion of the bus companies. The CLIENT must consult the terms and conditions of the bus companies to determine if they allow animal transportation.

16.2. The CLIENT must follow the regulations established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Supply and IBAMA (for wild animals), as well as the specifications of each bus company.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

17.1. The “CLIENT” agrees that the Website, including logos, trademarks, insignias, photos, images, descriptions, text, "layout", symbols, distinctive signs, manuals, and any other materials related to the Website, constitute, as applicable, copyrights, trade secrets, and/or intellectual property rights of “VOYON” or its licensors, as the case may be. These rights are protected by national and international intellectual property laws, especially in accordance with the terms and conditions of Laws No. 9.279/96, 9.609/98, and 9.610/98, and the “CLIENT” will not claim or assert these rights as if they were their own at any time.

17.2. The “CLIENT” is expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, displaying, creating derivative works, or otherwise using the content of “VOYON” (Website and/or WhatsApp) and the materials on the Website or WhatsApp.

18. GENERAL PROVISIONS

18.1. The purchased ticket is irrevocable, according to Articles 427 and 429 of the 2002 Civil Code, except in exceptional circumstances.

18.2. By purchasing the ticket and making payment through the Website, the “CLIENT” acknowledges being aware of all the Terms, receipt conditions, and all information related to the purchased product, as outlined.

18.3. The “CLIENT” can cancel tickets with “VOYON” up to 3 hours before the trip, and the tickets must not have been printed or altered. Only the bus company responsible for the trip can cancel printed or altered tickets.

18.4. When there are "links" on the Website to other sites, “VOYON” recommends that the “CLIENT” review the respective "Usage Policies" and "Privacy Terms" of such sites, as well as any other specific regulations of each site, if accessing them. “VOYON” does not endorse, guarantee, or represent any third parties whose links are listed on the Site. Providing such links aims to offer the “CLIENT” greater convenience and entertainment options. The “CLIENT” acknowledges that any issues arising from such sites should be resolved with the respective site owner without involvement from “VOYON.”

18.5. Certain acts, including but not limited to illegal purposes, corruption of information or data, violation of industrial or copyright rights, violation of third-party rights (including children), sending threatening, racist, or pornographic messages, interfering with or disrupting the service provided by the Site, and any attempt to spread viruses or unwanted programs, may immediately result in the termination of any relationship between “VOYON” and the “CLIENT.”

19. TRAVEL INSURANCE

19.1. All bus tickets intermediated by “VOYON” between the CLIENT and the bus companies include mandatory travel insurance provided by the respective companies.

19.2. By purchasing the ticket, the CLIENT agrees to be solely subject to the insurance conditions set by the bus company and their contracted insurers, with no primary or ancillary obligations from “VOYON” regarding the insurance.

19.2.1. Due to the above clause, the “CLIENT” agrees that any information provided or transmitted, including any response to a question, at any time, and without prior notice, may be deleted from the Website at “VOYON’s” sole discretion. “VOYON” may retain a copy in its files for other necessary actions, without prejudice to any legal measures that may be required. This provision aims to protect the interests of other “CLIENTS” and the public at large by mitigating risks associated with such illegal or contrary practices.

This agreement supersedes any previous verbal or written agreements between the parties, especially concerning the use of the Website by the “CLIENT.”

The “CLIENT,” or their parent/guardian or legal representative if applicable, expressly acknowledges having read, analyzed, and fully accepted the conditions outlined above, and agrees to fully comply with them.
